Returns


All goods remain the property of Enchante Ltd until paid in full.

Any shortages, damages or discrepancies must be reported by contacting us within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.

Claims after this time may be refused unless with prior arrangement.

No goods may be returned without prior consent.

The faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear & tear.

Items need to be returned using our designated courier unless agreed with our Sales Manager.

The box/boxes must contain your account details so that we can ascertain whom the returned items are from when they arrive at our Warehouse.

If the item is found to be faulty, we may, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement of the item, a credit note or if appropriate, a refund.
